If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.
How to return or exchange a product
You may return items sold by visone.it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition.
The return and exchange shipping costs will be charged to us if the product turns out to be defective.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out.

CANCELLING AN ORDER, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cancelling
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 DSRs, you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received your order.
- If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear a product in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to it.
- If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email from visone.it, you can still cancel your order as long as it is before 11am on the day you placed the order.
- If you wish to cancel your order after 11am on the day you placed your order, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure.
- Once we’ve heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card or bank account will be re-credited to you within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to visone.store , unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
- Due to the high volume of orders during Sale times, it may not be possible for us to make amendments to your purchases once they have been ordered.
- All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
Returns
You may return items sold by visone.it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser, therefore, we recommend sending assured shipment.
If the returned goods prove in any proven / used so even if in very small percentage, will be weighed in order to verify its entirety, and in the event that there be a missing percentage the product will be entirely paid by the customer, in the case of the equipment will have to be new as shipment.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of delivery and if the item is in stock.

Process
In the event that the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal/exchange, you must inform visone.it by sending an email to sales@visone.it containing:
* The reason of withdrawal/exchang
* An indication of the product / products ordered
* The details of the order document and the data related to your your credit card or debit card or bank account with which you are making the payment (bank, reference agency, the number of commercial code).
The law applies to product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on parts of the product purchased.
Under the reserve of the respect of the above conditions (return of goods), the customer will be reimbursed for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. Visone srl will repay the above within 30 (thirty) business days following the receipt of the goods. Reimbursement will be made by Bank transfer c / or bank details specified by the customer. As for the right of withdrawal delivery charges for sending the goods as ordered by Visone srl and eventual redemption handling charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer.
